RULES FOR PAYMENT OF ACADEMY SERVICES

Valid from April 1, 2022

ACADEMY STUDENT is the client under 18 years old (inclusive) (on behalf of incapable client the acts are done by the legal representatives) who submit an application addressed to the Head Coach of the Academy for granting “Academy student” status and assigning the client to the Academy (or Khimki) in the register of Russian Tennis Tour.

1. For Academy clients, with the status "Academy student", the following payment for services order is applied:

- the group trainings are paid in advance until the 25th day of moth preceding the beginning of the period for which the payment is made in the following order: “for two months: September and May, then from October the monthly payment”.

Should the contract be terminated on the client’s part, the advanced payment for services for May is non-refundable and kept as a penalty for early termination of the contract.

- The individual trainings are paid in advance until the 25th day of moth preceding the beginning of the period for which the payment is made in the following order:

For Academy clients with the status “Academy student”, the new training time is allowed for the missed individual training only until the end of the paid period, in which the training was missed.

Re-calculation of the payment for individual training is not applicable, irrespective of the reason for the absence. The new training time for the missed group trainings and re-calculation of the payment are not applicable, regardless of the reason for the absence.

2. For Academy clients, without the status “Academy student”, the following payment for services order is applied:

- The rent of the tennis court is paid in advance, one month before the 25th day of the month preceding the beginning of the month for which payment is made. In any other case the payment for services is made in accordance with the price list of the Academy for one-time training in free time for sale. For the one-time training, the client does not have the guaranteed time within the Academy schedule for the next month;

- The group trainings for adults are paid in advance until the 25th day of moth preceding the beginning of the period for which the payment is made in the following order:

The new training time is allowed for the missed individual trainings (with absence notification to the Administration no later than 24 hours before the training). The new training time for the paid tennis court at the price value is provided only in the paid period upon the free time agreement with the Administration. If there is no training in the paid period, it is possible to provide this training in the next month subject to membership card payment. If there is no training for two months, the payment for a tennis court is nullifying. If the Academy is not able to provide the time for new training time, the payment for the tennis court will be credited for the membership payment for the next period.

For the tennis courts purchased with a discount provided as part of the payment for a package of services, are not subject to the new training time except for the cancelled trainings by the Academy. The services provided by coach and group trainings are paid by the Academy client one month before the 25th day of the month preceding the beginning of the month for which payment is made.
